AKEN Holds Signing of Joint Commitment Charter with LKPP and BSSN, Along with MoUs Among Associations at the Launch of ISPE 2026

Jakarta, September 11, 2025 – The National Electronic Catalog Association (AKEN) officially launched the Indonesia Sustainable Procurement Expo (ISPE) 2026 at the LKPP RI Auditorium, Jakarta. ISPE 2026, scheduled for April 2026, will also be held in conjunction with the 3rd National Congress (Munas) of IFPI, the 10th Anniversary of the Indonesian Procurement Professionals Association (Harja IFPI), as well as the Indonesia Electronic Show (IES) 2026 and the Technology Expo Conference (TechXCon) 2026. The event will be organized by Keren Event as the official event organizer.

The launching ceremony was attended by more than 150 participants, including senior government officials, procurement stakeholders, professional associations, and business players across sectors. Several distinguished figures were also present, including:

• Dr. Ir. Resdiansyah, S.T., M.T., IPM, Senior Expert for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Presidential Staff Office;

• Air First Marshal Chairul Akbar Hutasuhut, S.H., MSD, Director of Cybersecurity and Government Cipher, BSSN;

• Representatives of P3DN, Ministry of Industry;

• Representatives of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs.

As a symbol of strategic collaboration, the event also marked the signing of a Joint Commitment Charter between AKEN, LKPP, BSSN, IFPI, and APTIKNAS, as well as MoUs among associations related to procurement and digital transformation. These initiatives are expected to strengthen a government procurement ecosystem that is transparent, effective, efficient, and sustainable.

ISPE 2026 carries the overarching theme: “Green Economy Synergy: Driving Inclusive and Sustainable Growth Through Effective, Efficient, and Credible Government Procurement.” The forum is designed as a strategic platform to connect government, businesses, and society in strengthening a procurement ecosystem that is transparent, efficient, and sustainability-oriented.

The main event of ISPE 2026 will take place on April 8–10, 2026, at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta, featuring an exhibition, national seminars, and thematic discussion forums. This program is expected to serve as a catalyst for real collaboration in supporting the green development agenda and digital transformation in government procurement.

On this occasion, Chairman of AKEN, Mr. Sutardi Sutardi, B.Bus & B.Com, stated:

“Through ISPE 2026, the 3rd IFPI Congress, the 10th IFPI Anniversary, IES 2026, and TechXCon 2026, we aim to build a national synergy momentum. The goal is clear: to establish a procurement system that is credible, inclusive, and competitive, while accelerating Indonesia’s transition towards a green economy.”

Meanwhile, the Chairman of IFPI, represented by IFPI Secretary General Dr. Deby Sandra, S.Kom., M.M., delivered remarks highlighting the importance of professionalism and collaboration in government procurement:

“The 3rd IFPI Congress and the 10th IFPI Anniversary are important milestones for all members to strengthen competencies, share experiences, and align steps toward effective, efficient, and sustainable government procurement.”

Furthermore, in his keynote speech, Head of LKPP, Dr. H. Hendrar Prihadi, S.E., M.M., emphasized the strategic role of procurement in supporting national development:

“Transparent and sustainable procurement is the foundation of Indonesia’s green economy. LKPP fully supports the organization of ISPE 2026, TechXCon 2026, and IES 2026. Through these forums, domestic industry players can continue to expand the use of their products and contribute to strengthening the national procurement ecosystem.”

With its series of educational programs, technology showcases, cross-sector networking opportunities, as well as the signing of the Joint Commitment Charter and MoUs among associations, ISPE 2026 is expected to become a significant milestone in Indonesia’s journey towards sustainable procurement transformation.
